Align Studio Collective
stories shaped by presence
Align Studio Collective is a visual storytelling practice rooted in intention, observation, and a deep respect for human experience.
I work across image, film, and narrative, exploring how presence becomes story.
I’m drawn to what feels real. The in-between moments. The quiet exchanges. The details most people pass by, but somehow carry everything.
My work lives there.
Since 2012, I’ve been documenting stories that don’t need to be performed. Portraits, moving image, and visual essays that create space for people to simply exist. Not exaggerated. Not polished. Just honest.
I care about how something feels just as much as how it looks. The energy in a room. The pause before someone speaks. The way a moment lingers after it’s gone.
That’s what I’m trying to hold onto.
Every project is a collaboration. A shared experience shaped by trust, care, and attention. It’s never just about capturing something. It’s about being present enough to recognize it when it’s happening.
With a background in film and photography, and ongoing work in communications and digital media, my approach blends documentary sensitivity with a cinematic way of seeing. But more than anything, it’s guided by feeling.
Align Studio Collective exists to create stories that stay with you.
Not just images you see, but ones you carry.
